This is a GP clinic with a focus on healthy lifestyle practices and disease prevention. The clinic aims to provide evidence based advice on exercise, nutrition, sleep and mental well-being. The clinic also provides
age-related screening and health advice.

About
Anna completed her medical training at the University of Queensland graduating with First Class Honours and the General Practice Award. She also has a degree in Exercise Science and a second Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine.
Anna’s passions include managing chronic disease (with special interests in cardiovascular medicine and metabolic disease), women’s health and paediatrics.
Anna loves preventative health care and sharing evidence-based information through her Healthy Habits Clinic.
